This SoccerN Shopping Policy outlines the payment, shipping and warranty policies for the AI Tracker device ("Device(s)") purchased from SoccerN Limited ("SoccerN", "we" or "us") via www.shop.soccern.io. Please read these policies carefully before making a purchase.

1.Payment Terms
1.1.Payment Methods
SoccerN Devices can be purchased through either direct crypto wallet transfers or credit/debit card payments via our authorized third-party payment processing platforms (“Payment Processor(s)”).

1) Crypto Wallet Payment
SoccerN accepts direct cryptocurrency payments using USDT (Tether) on both the Ethereum network (ERC20) and Binance Smart Chain (BSC/BEP20). When using this payment method, you can transfer USDT directly from your personal crypto wallet. Transactions made via crypto wallet are subject to the standard network protocols and fees associated with the transfer of USDT on the respective network.

When choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that you have full control and responsibility for your digital wallet and understand the nature of blockchain transactions.

For all cryptocurrency transactions, you must ensure that you are sending the exact amount of USDT requested at checkout. The payment must be initiated from a wallet that you own and control. We cannot process payments from smart contracts or exchange accounts. The transaction will only be considered complete after receiving the required number of block confirmations on the respective network: typically around 12 for Ethereum and 15 for BSC, but subject to adjustment based on current network conditions and security requirements. Processing times may vary from minutes to hours depending on network conditions. Network fees apply and vary based on network congestion.

2) Credit/Debit Card Payments
We offer two secure options for credit/debit card payments through our trusted Payment Processors Unlimit and Stripe:

a) Unlimit Payment Processing: Payments can be processed through Unlimit (www.unlimit.com), which provides a service to convert your fiat currency into USDT for payment. When using this service, you agree to comply with Unlimit's Terms of Use (https://www.unlimit.com/website-terms-of-use). The platform handles the conversion process and ensures transaction security up to the point of USDT delivery to SoccerN.

b) Stripe Payment Processing: Payments can be processed directly through Stripe (Stripe.com), a trusted e-commerce payment processing service. Stripe handles direct fiat currency transactions and operates under their Terms of Service (https://stripe.com/ssa). This provides a straightforward payment option for users who prefer traditional payment methods.

1.2.Transaction Finality
All transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed. This policy applies to both cryptocurrency payments (which are technically irreversible due to blockchain technology) and traditional payment methods, ensuring consistent treatment of all transactions.

1.3.No-Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all sales due to the technological nature of our products and services. This policy applies uniformly to all transactions, regardless of the payment method used.

For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are technically impossible due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions. For traditional payment methods, the same no-refund policy applies to maintain consistency across all transaction types.

1.4.Fees
You may be subject to various fees when making payments on SoccerN. These fees include:

1) Network Fees (Gas Fees)
When using a crypto wallet to make a payment, you will need to pay network fees (also known as "gas fees") for transactions on the Ethereum or BSC network. These fees compensate the network validators for processing and securing your transaction. The amount of the network fee can vary depending on network congestion and the complexity of the transaction. These fees are not set by or paid to SoccerN, but are required by the blockchain network to process your transaction.

2) Credit/Debit Card Payment Fees
When using credit or debit cards through our integrated payment processors, SoccerN does not charge any additional processing fees.

However, please note:
• Your bank may apply their own fees for online transactions
• Additional charges may apply for international transactions
• Currency conversion fees may be charged by your card issuer

We recommend reviewing your bank's terms and conditions regarding online and international transaction fees before proceeding with your payment.

1.5.User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
• Ensuring payment information accuracy
• Compliance with applicable tax laws
• Security of their payment credentials
• Any fees associated with their chosen payment method

1.6.Payment Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute, you must contact our customer support team at service@soccern.io within 14 days of the disputed transaction. Your dispute must include detailed information such as the transaction ID, payment method used, date and amount of transaction, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation.

Please note that while we will thoroughly investigate all disputes, our ability to resolve payment issues may be limited by the technological nature of blockchain transactions and our No-Refund Policy as outlined in Section 1.3.

1.7.Security and Fraud Prevention
SoccerN reserves the right to implement security measures and suspend transactions where fraudulent activity is suspected.

2.Shipping Policy
2.1.Shipping & Delivery Time
During our pre-sale period, please expect 30-60 days for order shipment. For regular orders with sufficient inventory, we will process and ship within 7 business days, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 15 days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, shipments may experience delays of a few additional days, and extra transit time may be required for delivery. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays with your order.

2.2.Shipping Coverage
While we ship to most countries and regions worldwide, we cannot guarantee delivery to all locations. If SoccerN does not ship to your provided address, we will contact you via email. If you do not receive your Device, please contact service@soccern.io for assistance.

2.3.Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SoccerN is responsible for all export duties and taxes associated with the shipment of your order from our warehouse. However, SoccerN is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied by the destination country upon import. These additional charges vary by country and may include import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. All such fees imposed during or after the shipping process are the sole responsibility of the user. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific import requirements and potential charges.

2.4.Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress by entering this number on the courier's website. Regular status updates will be provided throughout the delivery process.

2.5.Damages
In case your Device arrives damaged:
1) Take photos of the damage immediately
2) Keep all packaging materials and the damaged Device
3) Contact the shipping carrier within 48 hours to file a claim

Please inspect your package upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing for receipt. While SoccerN cannot be held liable for damages occurring during shipping, we will assist you in the claim process with the shipping carrier.

3.Warranty Policy
3.1.Device Limited Warranty
SoccerN provides a ONE (1) YEAR limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use when used according to our user manuals and specifications. This warranty period begins from the date of original retail purchase. We reserve the right to modify this warranty policy, but changes will not affect existing coverage.

3.2.Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
• Consumable parts (such as batteries, straps, or protective coatings) that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
• Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
• Software, even if packaged or sold with the Device or embedded in the Device (e.g., firmware and/or system software).

3.3.Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or parts requiring replacement or any damage to the Device caused by:
• Damage caused by use with a third-party component;
• Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, earthquake, or other external cause, such as spillage of food or liquid, or power surges;
• Operating the Device outside the user manual or technical specifications;
• Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an authorized representative of SoccerN.

3.4.Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim:
1) Email service@soccern.io during the warranty period
2) Include your order number and issue description
3) Try basic troubleshooting steps as suggested by our support team

Once we confirm a warranty-covered defect, we will ship a new replacement device directly to you without requiring return of the defective product. Please note this is a replacement-only policy and no refunds will be issued. Shipping costs for the replacement device will be the purchaser's responsibility.
